1. This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia age 18 and above, except employees of Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd., its associate companies, distributors, advertising and sales promotions agencies and members of the immediate families.
2. All entries for the Grand Prize must reach the organizer before 5.00pm on 31st March 2010.
3. Participants may send in as many entries as they wish. Photocopies of entry forms are permitted, provided they are individually and originally filled. However, to qualify for prizes, each entry form must be accompanied with a set of original and correct matching labels indicated.
4. To enter, participants have to consume and collect BRAND’S Essence of Chicken 70g or 42g labels with words on them. Collect a set of matching combination to win the valuable prizes for instance, Disney+Land labels wins the grand prize of a trip with the Stars to Hong Kong Disneyland; Kekal Cerdas+Hebat Sentiasa wins an LG 42” LCD TV and Scientifically+Proven wins you an LG Mobile.
5. There are no restrictions on the use of matching labels from two different bottle sizes. Participants are allowed to combine labels using one word from a BRAND’S 70g label and the matching word from a BRAND’S 42g label for the winning combination and vice versa.
6. Ensure that you have the correct matching labels combination and paste them in the proper boxes indicated. For the following 3 matching combinations: DISNEY+LAND, KEKAL CERDAS+HEBAT SENTIASA and SCIENTIFICALLY+PROVEN, follow the instructions on the label carefully and remember to mail your entry to CEREBOS (M) SDN BHD for verification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
7. Entries with the correct set of matching labels and fulfil all the terms and conditions are entitled to the following prizes: Grand Prize (x20) of a trip with the Stars to Hong Kong Disneyland; LG42”LCD TV (x10); LG Mobile (x20); One (1) Bottle of BRAND’S 42g or InnerShine Balance 42g with each matching label combination; and One (1) set of Generasi Hebat Tie with each matching combination labels.
8. Participants who have collected a set of matching Generasi Hebat labels are further entitled to enter the Express & Win contest for the grand prize. Just redeem and express Generasi Hebat Tie in the most creative way. Take a picture and mail it to us. Your entry could win a trip with the stars to Hong Kong Disneyland.
9. Each participant is entitled to win only 1 (one) prize except for the 1 bottle of BRAND’S 42g or InnerShine Balance 42g (choice of variant subject to availability) and One (1) set of Generasi Hebat Tie to be given with each matching label combination.
10. Kindly allow at least 4 weeks for delivery of gift. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. bears no responsibility in the event of any loss, damage or misplaced gifts while in transit. No compensation will be given.
11. he prizes awarded may differ from what is shown on the packaging or any promotional materials.
12. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to replace the prizes with any item/s of equal value without prior notice subject to availability. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
13. All winners will be notified by phone or post. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from date of notification. Claims made after the date specified will not be entertained.
14. Winners may be required to collect their prizes from a designated centre. If a request is made by any winner for the prize to be couriered to him/her, courier charges shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. bears no responsibility in the event of loss, damage or misplaced prizes while in transit. No compensation will be given.
15. All entries become the property of Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. All winners might be required to attend a prize giving ceremony; the company reserves the right to use names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purpose. Representatives of the winners are not allowed.
16. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the absolute right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, and/or illegible.
17. Entries sent via dispatch, courier or POS Laju will be accepted. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be responsible for entries that are damaged, misdirected or lost through the post
18. Participants who fail to comply with the terms & conditions of the BRAND’S Generasi Hebat contest will be disqualified.
19. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves all rights to amend, modify, extend or terminate BRAND’S Generasi Hebat contest in any way deemed appropriate, in response to events beyond its control. No prior notice will be given.
20. Winning participants of the BRAND’S Generasi Hebat contest grand prize are personally responsible to ensure the validity of their passport and other travel documents such as visa (if necessary) and to bear whatever costs arising while arranging these documents. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. will not be held responsible or compensate winning participants who are not allowed or unable to travel due to improper/incomplete documents.
21. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, damage or claim resulting from taking part in the BRAND’S Generasi Hebat contest and/or use and/or redemption of their prizes.
