Terms & Conditions:

1. This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia age 15 and above, except employees of Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd., its associate companies, distributors, advertising and sales promotions agencies and members of their immediate families.

2. BRAND’S^® “High Achiever Contest” ends on 30th November 2010. All entries must reach the organizer by 30th November 2010. Late entries will be disqualified. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

3. Participants may send in as many entries as they wish. Photocopies of entry forms are permitted, provided they are individually and originally filled. However, to qualify for prizes, each entry form must be accompanied with BRAND’S^® Essence of Chicken 6 X 70g empty box but each participant is entitled to win one (1) prize only.

4. Kindly allow at least 4 weeks for delivery of prizes. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. bears no responsibility in the event of any loss, damage or misplaced prizes while in transit. No compensation will be given.

5. Each qualified entry stands a chance to win the following:- Grand Prize: Acer Aspire One Netbook (x2); 1st Prize: LG Handphone (x5) and 2nd Prize: MPH Gift Voucher worth RM50 (x10). Winners will be selected based on the best write-up for question 2.

6. The prizes awarded may differ from what is shown on the packaging or any promotional materials.

7. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to replace the prizes with any item/s of equal value without prior notice subject to availability. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

8. All winners will be notified by phone or post. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from date of notification. Claims made after the date specified will not be entertained.

9. Winners may be required to collect their prizes from a designated centre. If a request is made by any winner for the prize to be couriered to him/her, courier charges shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. bears no responsibility in the event of loss, damage or misplaced prizes while in transit. No compensation will be given.

10. All entries become the property of Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. All winners might be required to attend a prize giving ceremony; the company reserves the right to use names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purpose. Representatives of the winners are not allowed.

11. Only entries sent by ordinary mail to the stated P.O. Box will be accepted. Entries sent via dispatch, courier or POS Laju would be disqualified. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be responsible for entries that are damaged, misdirected or lost through the post.

12. Winners who fail to comply with the terms & conditions of the BRAND’S^® “High Achiever Contest” will be disqualified.

13. Cerebos (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves all rights to amend, modify, extend or terminate BRAND’S “High Achiever Contest” in any way deemed appropriate, in response to events beyond its control. No prior notice will be given. Cerebos (M) SdnBhd reserves the absolute right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, and/or illegible.

14. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, damage or claim resulting from taking part in the BRAND’S^® “High Achiever Contest” and/or use and/or redemption of their prizes.
